Two Wounded In Tulsa Park Shooting, Police Say

Police are looking for two men after a shooting wounds two at a Tulsa park Sunday evening.

Police are looking for two men after a shooting wounds two at a Tulsa park Sunday evening.  

Officers said at about 7 p.m. they were sent to Crawford Park in the 2400 block of North Hartford near Apache about a report of shots fired.

When police arrived, they saw nearly 200 people in the park.  Most of which left immediately.  

They also learned two women had been wounded.  One victim with a leg wound was taken to a Tulsa hospital.  The other victim with a graze wound to the arm showed up later at the hospital.

Police said they talked with two witnesses who told gave them a description of the two men who ran away.  Officers began a search of the park and the surrounding area using K-9 officers and the police helicopter, but they were unable to find either man.  

Police said the victim with a graze wound was treated and released while the other victim with the leg wound was still at the hospital.
