An Owasso home near the high school hit by lightning early Wednesday was destroyed by fire.
Deputy Fire Chief David Hurst says they got the call at around 4:30 a.m. to a home in the 9000 block of North 138th East Avenue.
Hurst said no one in the home was injured.
The Owasso fire was second time a Tulsa County home was hit by lightning early Wednesday.
