Railroad Crossing Project To Restrict Traffic On Tulsa's North Peoria

The City of Tulsa says the South Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad will make improvements to its crossing in the 1300 block of North Peoria beginning Tuesday.

The existing crossing will be replaced with concrete road crossing panels. 

The city says traffic on Peoria Avenue will be limited to one northbound lane and one southbound lane during the project.

The railroad says it expects to finish the project by Friday, weather permitting.
