Tulsa Police will set up another one of their driving under the influence checkpoints Saturday night. This one starts at 10 p.m. and runs through 3 a.m. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and ABLE Commission agents will assist TPD with the event.
They generally make multiple arrests and issue dozens of tickets during these operations - so be sure to have a designated driver if you plan to drink away from home.
Police say the special enforcement is part of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office ENDUI program.
