The co-conspirator in the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building wants a federal judge to force the FBI to return guns seized from his home 20 years ago.

Terry Nichols says he wants them to be given to one of his two ex-wives.

Nichols is serving life prison terms for helping Timothy McVeigh with the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in 1995.

In a handwritten motion filed with the federal court in Denver, Nichols wrote the guns have nothing to do with the Oklahoma City bombing.
