10-Month-Old Baby Had A Brain Injury Before Dying

Owasso police are investigating the death of a 10-month-old baby, calling the baby's death suspicious.

Police says paramedics were called to an apartment at the Villas at Bailey Ranch Saturday morning because the baby wasn't responding.

Doctors told police the baby had a brain injury and other possible signs of abuse.

Family members say that baby was Emmerson O'Rourke.

The baby died Sunday.

We tried talking to people who live here to learn more about the death, but many of them weren't even aware of it.

At this time, we don't have any information of any criminal charges filed in connection with this case.

Police are not releasing any more details tonight.
