Sand Springs Police Want To Identify Car Burglar

Sand Springs Police want to identify a man seen on surveillance video breaking into a local resident's vehicle.  

Detectives say they are investigating a recent rash of car burglaries in their community.  They were able to get this photo from a victim's home surveillance video.
