Muskogee Police Investigate After Man Found Shot In Leg

Muskogee Police are investigating a shooting that took place after 7 p.m. on Sunday in the 800 block of Louisiana Street.

According to the department spokesperson, responding officers found Jason Stout on the side of the road with severe bleeding from his upper leg.

Stout has a single gunshot wound and was transported to a Muskogee hospital then transferred to Tulsa.

At this time the only suspect information police have is a tan or light-brown small SUV.

The investigation continues.
