2 cup Blackberries
¼ cup Mint Leaves
½ cup Toasted Pecans
¼ cup Parmesan
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced shallot
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined, but with texture.
