Tulsa Public Schools has some jobs to fill; more than 200 of them, everything from janitors and cafeteria workers to bus drivers, electricians, and plumbers.
There were already 50 people in line when the job fair opened Wednesday afternoon, and the man doing the hiring was encouraged by the turnout.
“Without these jobs the schools don't work. And if you think about what the support employees do, they remove obstacles so that teachers can educate children," said Bill Naftzger, TPS.
It's not too late to apply, TPS has the jobs listed on its website.
