Man Survives Shooting At Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa Police are investigating the shooting of a man at a Tulsa apartment complex Monday night.

Officers were investigating reports of a man down in the area of 1600 East Virgin when they heard shots being fired from Seminole Hills. 

They found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound on his right side.

EMSA took the man to the hospital, but police said the wound was not life-threatening.

Witnesses told police the victim was walking out of an apartment when he was shot. Officers found several shell casings in the parking lot to the west but haven't made any arrests.
