Tulsa Police say a woman was hurt in a four-car crash involving a parked vehicle on Highway 169 Tuesday morning.
According to police, the woman was driving a Hummer H3 that collided with a disabled car on the right shoulder of the highway near 11th Street at about 4:40 a.m.
The impact caused the H3 to roll onto its side and came to rest blocking the outside lane.
Police said the driver of a VW car couldn't see the H3 in the darkness because the H3 was on its side and the car collided with the SUV. The impact knocked the VW into the path of a Dodge Ram pickup which crashed into it.
Police said EMSA took the woman driving the H3 to the hospital but that her injuries were not life-threatening.
The crash forced police to narrow the highway down to one lane for about two hours.
