Woman Charged In Deadly Tulsa Hit-And-Run

Prosecutors charged a Tulsa woman in a deadly hit and run crash.

Nely Aguilar-Patzan is being held without bond on several complaints, including first-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly accident.

Police said Patzan turned in front of a motorcycle on 31st Street, near Garnett, around 9:30 p.m. Monday, June 8.

The rider, Kenneth Jogenson, died a short time later.

Officers said Patzan told them she ran because she was scared.
