Community leaders want your input on a proposal to pay for low-water dams along the Arkansas River. There are several town hall meetings set up including one at 6 p.m. Monday at the Hardesty Regional Library.

That's off Memorial and the Creek Turnpike on East 93rd Street.

The proposal includes four potential sites: Sand Springs, Zink, the South Tulsa/Jenks area and Bixby. The project would be paid for with half of the expiring vision 2025 sales tax for the next 11 years.
