Wagoner County Investigators Arrest Teen For Statutory Rape

Wagoner County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested a 19-year-old man for statutory rape.

According to a news release, Austin Sasser was arrested Tuesday for statutory rape of a 15-year-old girl in the Fort Gibson area.

Deputies said the parents of the 15 year old alerted them to the crime.

They said Sasser was taken into custody after being interviewed. Deputies said he is being held in the Wagoner County Jail on charged of 2nd-degree rape.
