A Ralston man who pleaded guilty earlier this month to cattle rustling died in an Oklahoma City hospital.
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections says Garrett Gibson died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

Gibson was in the DOC custody but had not actually been processed into Lexington Correctional Facility.The DOC says Gibson was taken to the hospital in Lindsey on May 13. He was then transferred to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City on May 14 and died on May 17.
The Department hasn't released the cause of death.
Earlier this month Gibson pleaded guilty to stealing seven head of a cattle from an Osage County ranch last year. In December, rangers with the Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association arrested Gibson, 27, for stealing the cattle from a ranch on the Pawnee-Osage County line.
He later sold the cattle at livestock markets in Kay and Pawnee County.
He was arrested at a home in Oklahoma City after being charged in December 2014.
While out on bond, Gibson also became a suspect in another high-profile case. In March, Gibson was charged in Tulsa County with stealing boxes of medical waste from a hospital. He was then charged in Pawnee County with dumping the waste off bridges into the Arkansas River.
