Supplies Needed:
Reeces Miniatures Cups
Ghiradelli Chocolate Squares
Twizzlers Pull n Peel Candy
Mini M&Ms
Cupcakes - Baked and Iced
1.) Remove wrappers from all candy
2.) Place Reeces Cup on your work surface upside down
3.) Dab a dot of buttercream on the bottom (now the top) of the Reeces Cup
4.) Place Ghiradelli Chocolate Square on the Reeces Cup
5.) Take a 1.5" section of Twizzlers and add lay on the Chocolate Square to form the tassel
6.) Optional - Fray the end of the Twizzlers with snips
7.) Place a Mini M&M in the center of the cap and secure with a dot of buttercream
8.) Let firm on counter or in fridge
9.) Place assembled grad cap on top of an iced cupcake or attach to cake pop stick
