Tulsa Man Driving Wrong Way On Flat Tire Arrested For DUI

Police arrested a Tulsa man they said led officers on a slow-speed chase overnight.

Officers said they attempted to stop Jeffrey Cruz, 26, after they saw him headed the wrong direction on Skelly Drive at East 41st Street at about 1:30 a.m. They said they eventually stopped him after he drove for several minutes on a flat tire.

Police booked Jeffrey Cruz into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of DUI and driving with a suspended drivers license.

Jail records show he has a court appearance on May 8.
