A driver that killed a man in a DUI accident on New Year's Eve is on Tulsa Police's most wanted list.
Police said Dennis Gann was turning out of a parking lot onto Sheridan when his SUV was broadsided by a speeding car driven Vince Dake, who police say was drunk at the time.
Gann was killed when he was thrown from his SUV and pinned underneath it. Dake recovered from his injuries.

A few months after the crash, Tulsa Police presented the District Attorney's Office with its investigation.
"Right now we believe that Mr. Dake was southbound on South Sheridan Road about the 800 block, traveling well over 80 miles an hour. There's video there that supports that," said Tulsa Police Officer, Matt Rose.
Prosecutors charged Dake with 2nd degree murder.
According to police documents, investigators found empty beer cans all over Dake's car and the accident scene.
"The 2nd degree murder charge stems from the background that Mr. Dake has and the driving record that follows him, and it also has to do with the possible speeds that were involved - well over 80 at the time of the collision. All of those combined with the possible driving under the influence charge bumps that up to 2nd degree murder," Rose said.
Police said Dake was released from the hospital before they'd completed their investigation and now they can't find him and that's why he's on the department's most wanted list.
They believe Dake could be in Broken Arrow or the Tulsa area.
If you know Dake's whereabouts you're urged to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
