Driver Charged With Murder Stemming From Tulsa Crash

Tulsa County prosecutors charged a 22-year-old man with second-degree murder in connection with a crash on April 15. 

Police said Narson Martin's blood alcohol was more than three times the legal limit when he ran a red light at Pine and Yale. They said he slammed into another car, killing Wendell Price.

Prosecutors also charged Martin with leaving the scene of a fatality collision, DUI, driving without a license and transporting an open container.
