Day Five In Search For Missing Lake Eufaula Canoer

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says their search continues for a man who went missing on Lake Eufaula over the weekend.

Troopers say the search for 41-year-old Sean McDonald resumed Thursday morning after it was called off late Wednesday.  

McDonald and 23-year-old James Giles were last seen between 11 p.m. and midnight Saturday leaving the Holiday Cove area on the lake in a canoe.

The OHP began looking for the pair on Sunday.  On Monday, searchers found the pair's canoe.  Searchers recovered Giles' body Tuesday in water about 14 feet deep near the Holiday Cove area.
