Duck Confit Hash Over Crispy Wontons

6 oz Duck Confit

3 oz Wild Mushrooms

1 tbs garlic minced

1/4 cup julienne onion

1/4 cup shredded potato

1/2 cup red wine

2 oz olive oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

3 crispy wontons

Directions: Heat Pan with oil in it.  Once hot sweat onions for 5 minutes over medium heat, then add all ingredients.  Simmer until red wine has reduced by 1/2.  Remove from heat.  Evenly divide mix over wontons and serve.
