Another Possible Muskogee Sexual Assault Victim Comes Forward

Muskogee police say at least one more person has come to them as a possible victim in a sexual assault investigation involving William "Frankie" Dugan and Valerie Ojo.

Police arrested the couple last month in what authorities say is one of the most disturbing cases they've ever seen.

Investigators say the suspected victims range in age from 4 to 23 and could also be in Missouri and Ohio.
