Intoxicated Man Found Sitting In Crashed Pickup Outside Tulsa Home

Police say a man was taken to the hospital after crashing his pickup in the front yard of a home near 56th and Utica early Monday. 

Officers said the homeowner told them at around 4 a.m. he heard some banging outside and went out to check. He found a pickup truck in his front yard crashed into a tree. Police said the driver appeared to be intoxicated and had been sitting inside the truck for several hours before the homeowner found him.

No one inside the home in the 1700 block of East 56th Street was injured.
