Tulsa Man Escapes Bedroom Fire

Firefighters say a Tulsa man escaped a fire in his bedroom early Tuesday. 

The fire department got several calls about smoke pouring from a home on South Knoxville just south of Admiral Place at about 2 a.m. Firefighters found a man and his dog safely outside. 

Firefighters put out the fire quickly. 

A fire investigator was called to the home to determine the cause.
