Police: Man Flashed Child In Toy Section Of Tulsa Walmart

Tulsa Police are looking for a man they say touched a young girl and exposed himself to her in a Tulsa Walmart.

Police issued a photo of the man taken from surveillance video.

The man went to the Walmart at 207 South Memorial Drive at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, February 14, according to Tulsa Police. He went to the toy section, touched a 9-year-old girl and then exposed himself, a release states.

He's described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 35 years old with short black hair. He was wearing a multi-colored ball cap, dark shirt with a diamond design on the front, gray sweat pants and dark colored shoes.
