Mayes County Man Jailed In Muskogee On Sexual Assault Charges

A Salina man arrested by U.S. Marshals in the Virgin Islands in November 2014 is back in an Oklahoma jail. 

Darrell Perry, 54, was charged in Muskogee County with first-degree rape, sodomy and lewd molestation of an eight year old girl last year. Perry was also wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Cherokee and Muskogee counties when he disappeared in 2014. 

U.S. Marshals found him in St. Thomas.

Court records show Perry has an appearance set for February 24, 2015 and is being on a $250,00 bond.
