Jenks Movie Theater Closing Doors After Ten Years

After almost ten years, the curtain's closing at RiverWalk Movies in Jenks.

The theater's last picture show is Wednesday's 7:30 showing of Paddington and The Wedding Ringer.

With movies no longer on the marquee, the next coming attraction at RiverWalk Crossing will be the Creek Nation's $22 million entertainment complex.

Last month, the Creeks talked about bulldozing the theater for an indoor, electronic driving range, but said redeveloping the RiverWalk could take several years.
