A man once on Tulsa's most wanted list was convicted Friday on several counts, including assault and battery and shooting with intent to kill.
Brown was arrested in January of 2014 for using a gun to try and rob a man in December of 2013.
Police said the robbery was unsuccessful, but in the process Brown opened fire on the man, a woman and young girl.

A jury found Brown guilty of two counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, shooting with intent to kill and feloniously pointing a weapon.
Brown was found not guilty on one count of attempted robbery with a firearm.
The jury recommended a total of 37 years in jail plus fines.
Formal sentencing is set for March 17th at 9:30 a.m.
