A cold front is surging southward into Oklahoma Wednesday.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says behind the front temperatures will fall from a high in the upper 40s before dipping into the 20s Wednesday afternoon and evening.
He says the colder air will raise the chances for snow flurries across northeast Oklahoma Wednesday evening.
Crone does not expect an measurable accumulations from the snow, but says the cold air will remain in place until at least Friday.
