New Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting Tulsa Girl

There's new information in the kidnapping and rape case involving a young Tulsa girl. The girl was 8-year-old when authorities say she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted in May, 2014.

The girl took the stand Monday against the man charged with attacking her. She testified that Michael Slatton kidnapped her from her east Tulsa apartment playground and assaulted her.

Police found her and Slatton in Sapulpa after they say he tried to run over a Creek County deputy.

Because of the girl's testimony, Slatton now faces six new rape charges.
