Tulsa Makes List Of Top Travel Destinations In 2015

Tulsa was selected as one of the top travel destinations in the world by New York Times travel editors. It placed 47 out of 52 world-wide destinations.

The Times' recommendation points to the Brady Arts District, the Arkansas River riverfront, Route 66 and the downtown Art Deco city center. It also gives promise of more to come with the OKPop Museum and Gathering Place mentions.

Milan, Italy was the publication's top destination for 2015. Following Tulsa are Rome; Caceres Spain; Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico; Baku, Azerbaijan and Kas, Turkey.
