Tulsa Police Find Stolen Car Abandoned At Convenience Store

Police are searching for the person who stole a car in Tulsa early Tuesday and left it at a convenience store.

Officers said the owner of the car left his keys in the ignition when he went inside a store in the 900 block of East 36th Street North at about 12:30 a.m. When he returned, his car was gone.

About an hour later, police located the car abandoned at the QuikTrip at 46th Street North and Lewis.

Officers returned the car to the owner.
