Police arrested two people and are looking for a third after an armed robbery at a Fiesta Mart in southeast Tulsa early Tuesday.
Officers got the call at the convenience store at 81st and Mingo at about 1:30 a.m.
Police said the robbers entered the store and took cash and a couple of boxes of cigars at gunpoint, then left in a car. The Fiesta Mart clerk was not injured.
Officers stopped the car at the Heatherstone Apartments at 33rd and Mingo, but two of the people inside ran away.
The police helicopter tracked down one of the suspects, identified as 19-year-old Javier Medina, but the other one got away. Police say the third suspect, a juvenile, stayed in the car and they arrested him.
Police found a 12-gauge shotgun and the items taken in the robbery inside the car.
Officers believe the three are connected to several other recent armed robberies.
