Frankoma Road in Sapulpa was blocked for a few hours after a semi truck's trailer went into the ditch. Sapulpa Police and Creek County Sheriff's Office deputies were at the scene starting at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

The semi driver was westbound on West 96th Street then tried to turn right onto Frankoma. The back half of the trailer went into the ditch and tipped the rig over sideways.

There were two people in the truck; neither was injured. The truck was damaged and had to be towed.

A pickup truck driver who didn't want to be detoured from the scene was taken into custody. It's believed he had been drinking and driving.
