8 slices Braum's sourdough bread, cubed
1 pound Braum's sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 ½ cups Braum's shredded cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
2 ½ cups Braum's milk
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ stick Braum's salted butter, melted
Spray a 9x13 casserole pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the sourdough bread pieces with the sausage, spinach, mushrooms and cheddar cheese in a casserole dish. Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, soup and butter in a medium bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the bread and veggies. Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
To bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 50-60 minutes or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
