The 20th annual Dia De Los Muertos was held in the Brady Arts District on Saturday. The traditional Mexican holiday is a way to honor lost loved ones by celebrating their memory.
It was a family-friendly event that ran from 3 to 11:30 p.m. at Living Arts of Tulsa, 307 East M.B. Brady Street. Admission was $5 - cash only - for adults. Children 12 and under get in free.
Patrons walked through the Living Arts building to see altars students and other community members built to honor their loved ones. There was music, food, face painting and a authentic Mexican food.
