A Tulsa man has been convicted of stabbing his neighbor to death.
Jurors recommended Dennis Daney, 57, go to prison for life without the possibility of parole. Formal sentencing will be held later this year.
Prosecutors say Daney stabbed 31-year-old Justin Todd in the front yard of his home in the 1300 block of East Haskell Street in January 2013.
According to Department of Corrections records, Daney has many prior convictions, including assault and battery, assault upon a police officer, DUI and meth possession.
