Traffic Diverted At Admiral And Sheridan For Water Main Break

Crews are working on the latest water main break in Tulsa near Admiral and Sheridan. Workers are busy making repairs, but in the meantime, one northbound lane is blocked off.

Drivers are being diverted as crews fix a break in the 12-inch line. They've had a problem with shutting off a valve, so water is continuing to flow onto the street.

They've got it on low pressure and say no residents or businesses are being affected.

The break happened Monday evening at about 5:30.

It is expected to cause traffic delays, so avoid the area if you can. The City tells us they will likely be working through the afternoon on the repairs.
