Food Bank Food Truck Joins In At Food Truck Wednesday

Wednesday is one of our favorite days here at News On 6, Food Truck Wednesday at Guthrie Green.

This week, the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma joined in. They brought over their food truck and served up delicious burgers, tacos, and salads.

It was an opportunity for folks to not only feed themselves, but also help get food to hungry Oklahomans.

All the money raised goes right back to the Food Bank.

Chef, Jeff Marlow, said, "It'll be maybe a once a month deal, because the main mission is obviously donating food for free off this truck."

News on 6 is proud to team up with the Food Bank at the Tulsa State Fair to raise money and awareness for Food For Kids.
