Missing Tulsa Man Found Safe, Silver Alert Canceled

Tulsa Police say a missing 81-year-old man has been found safe and been reunited with his family.

Police said Bob Parmeter was last seen Tuesday at his home in the 5200 block of South Joplin Avenue.

Officers say at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday they located Parmeter in the 5200 block of South Yale.  They said he had been at a convenience store where he called 911 to report he was lost.  By the time police arrived at the store, Parmeter had driven away.  A short time later, officers located a pickup truck he was driving.
