8 oz yellow tail tuna
2oz sundried tomato
1 garlic olive
Olive oil
2oz seafood stock
1oz sherry
1oz butter (for sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté tuna in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper.
Deglaze with wine.
Wasabi mashed potatoes
1/3 lb potatoes
2oz sour cream
3oz wasabi powder
2oz butter
Seasonings to taste
Boil potatoes until soft. Add dry wasabi powder, sour cream, butter, white pepper and salt. Mash to liking.
