Broken Arrow Man Reportedly Waves At Neighbor While Exposing Himself

A Broken Arrow woman filmed a neighbor she said exposed himself to her Monday afternoon. The victim told police Ricky Wayne Chambers waved as he stood naked in his front window, touching himself.

Corporal Leon Calhoun of the Broken Arrow Police Department said the woman was getting her mail outside her home in the 10500 block of South 198th East Avenue when she saw her naked neighbor standing in his front window, masturbating. She got a video camera and started filming as Chambers continued in his activity, Calhoun said.

That's when the 55-year-old man reportedly waved at the camera.

Police viewed the evidence and took Chambers into custody on a complaint of indecent exposure, according to Calhoun.
