Police say a report of a burglary in Catoosa lands a Tulsa man in the Rogers County jail late Wednesday.
Just before midnight Catoosa Police officers responded to a call of a burglary of a trailer parked outside a home. An officer spotted a truck matching the description of a vehicle seen leaving the scene and stopped it on a service road at I-44 and 161st East Avenue.
Police said the driver, Timothy Waggle, 34, got out and attempted to walk away. He was arrested after officers discovered the truck was stolen in Tulsa earlier in the day.
Waggle was booked into the Rogers County jail on complaints of second-degree burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools and driving with a revoked license.
Jail records show Waggle has a court appearance set for September 18, 2014.
