Power Restored To Thousands In Tulsa, Wagoner Counties

Power has been restored to thousands in Tulsa and Wagoner counties. PSO reported at least three unrelated power outages Saturday affecting thousands of customers.

The first happened around 2:00 Saturday morning in eastern Tulsa County and part of Wagoner County. They say it was caused by a burned out switch.

The second happened not long after the first, according to PSO, in Tulsa, where an insulator failed causing the outage.

Finally, a third power outage was caused after a tree fell into lines in the east Tulsa County and Wagoner County area as well.

Crews worked to get the power on. At one point PSO was reporting over 4,500 customer outages.
