Oklahoma Veterans Address V.A. Leaders

Oklahoma veterans got a chance to take their questions right to the local leadership at the Veterans Administration.

The V.A. hosted a town hall at the Muskogee Civic Center. The open forum provided an opportunity to get questions answered about benefits and healthcare.

Not everyone was happy with the care they're getting, but that's not the case with Army veteran, John Charbonneau.

"Fantastic care here. The people really care about their people that are there in the hospital,” he said.

The director of the regional V.A. office said events like the one Tuesday gives them the opportunity to better understand concerns so they can be properly addressed.
