Ingredients:
1 tbsp. canola oil
4 oz. of chicken breast
¼ cup of carrots, chopped
¼ cup of onions, diced
¼ cup of green beans, chopped
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of citrus and garlic herb seasoning
1 oz of teriyaki sauce
4 oz of rice, cooked (brown, white, or fried – your choice!)
Directions:
Heat your wok on your stove top. Make sure it is nice and hot before adding your ingredients.
Spray the heated wok with canola oil, a healthy stir-fry option.
Immediately add the chicken, carrots, onions, and green beans. Then add the seasoning, sprinkling the meat and veggies with your salt, pepper, and citrus garlic herb seasoning.
Let the ingredients cook, stirring occasionally. The dish is done when the chicken is cooked through.
After the ingredients have cooked, add your teriyaki sauce to the stir-fry. Pour it into the wok and heat it with the meat and veggies for about ten seconds.
