Ingredients:
1 Brioche bun
3 leaves of green leaf lettuce
3 slices of a tomato
3 slices of a red onion
8 oz boneless chicken breast
2 oz of Tavern Ham
2 oz of BBQ sauce
2 slices of Provolone cheese
3 slices of Bread & Butter pickles
Directions:
1. Toast 1 Brioche Bun
2. Top bottom part of brioche bun with 3 green lettuce leaves.
3. Top with 3 slices of tomato.
4. Top with 3 slices of red onion.
5. On Charbroiler grill chicken breast to form diamond marks. Once desired marks are made, finish cooking chicken breast in convection oven until internal temp reaches 165 or above.
6. Heat up 2 oz ham on flat top until internal temperature reaches 140 or above. Once desired temp is reached, top chicken breast with ham.
7. Top with 2 oz hot bbq sauce.
8. Top with 2 slices of provolone cheese and place in salamander until cheese is fully melted. Once cheese is melted, top chicken & ham with top part of brioche bun to form sandwich.
9. Garnish with 3 B&B Pickle slices.
