The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos from a rural church burglary and fire this week.
Deputies believe the men seen in the photos may be involved in burglaries and fire at the Crescent Valley Baptist Church on Highway 62.
Early Tuesday, money, electronics and food was stolen from the church. Early the next morning, a fire broke out in the church’s youth building and the second burglary of the church was discovered.
In one of the photos taken early Tuesday, a man on bicycle appears to be wearing a ball cap similar to a Sacramento Kings logo cap found inside the church as well as a bandana over his face.
Deputies say in another photo taken early Wednesday, a man is seen standing outside the church just prior to the time of the fire.
The sheriff’s office says if you can identify the men in the photos or have information about the burglaries and fire to call the sheriff’s office at 918-456-2583.
