Fire Damages Tulsa Home Being Remodeled

Fire heavily damaged a Tulsa home that was being remodeled.

The Tulsa Fire Department says it got the call about the fire in the 1800 block of East Young at 1:15 a.m.

When they arrived they saw fire and smoke coming from the back of the home. They put the fire out quickly.

Fire investigators are working to determine the cause. Firefighters say no one was living in the home at the time and no one was injured.

The fire did not damage any nearby homes.
